Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs are determined by the shipping provider on package weight and destination. We ship via USPS across the United States.
Order despatch times can vary. We estimate orders to be despatched within 72 hours of placement. However, in stock drops and busy periods may cause despatch times to increase. We endeavour to despatch and deliver items as quickly as possible. Epic Toys USA is not responsible for any third-party courier delays once your order has been despatched.
Please also be aware of seasonal delays that may affect delivery times.
Please note - if your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order will only be dispatched when all items are in stock.
If you require the in-stock items straight away, please place separate orders.
If multiple pre-order items are ordered, the full order will be shipped when all items are in-stock. Please check arrival dates on product descriptions carefully and order separately if you wish to receive your items as soon as they are in-stock.
Returns Policy
We do our best to ensure all products sent are of the best quality. However, should you need to return a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us via epictoysusa@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
If a product is faulty or damaged, we can offer a replacement of the same item subject to stock. If we cannot offer a replacement, a full refund will be offered.
For non-faulty items, there is a return period of 30 days. After the 30 days, we only offer replacements or a credit voucher of the same value.
Items being returned for a refund that are are non-faulty and no longer required, the refund will cover the item cost only and not include the initial postage fee.
We do not offer replacements or refunds for mystery box items.
We only cover the cost of returns if we, or the courier, is at fault. If you are returning because you no longer require the product, then the return cost is your responsibility.

Please ensure that items are appropriately packaged before returning.
In the instance of an exchange or replacement that is being returned, we will process your replacement order once the item is returned to us. If you are returning for a refund, the refund will be issued upon the return of your order to us.
